Regional Technical Assistance Consultant: TA Area Two

The Early Childhood Investment Corporation (ECIC) is seeking to fill the contractual position of Regional Technical Assistance Consultant: TA Area Two. The ECIC, a public non-profit corporation, is ensuring a Great Start for Michigan�s children, birth to five, through knowledge development and research, advancing public education and public will, increasing investment and supporting the building of local early childhood systems through Great Start Collaboratives.

Position Summary
The position of Regional Technical Assistance Consultant: TA Area Two is a contractual position with highly competitive reimbursement for deliverables as specified in the contract with a multi-year contract anticipated. The contract for this position is managed by the Director of Great Start Collaborative Development and Assistance. The position functions as the ECIC consultant to a regional group of local Great Start Collaboratives located in the intermediate school districts of Bay-Arenac, Clare-Gladwin, Clinton, Eaton, Genesee, Huron, Ingham, Ionia, Jackson, Lapeer, Midland, Saginaw, Sanilac Shiawassee and Tuscola. Education and Experience Required
Bachelor's degree from a discipline related to the early childhood field with 7 to 10 years of related experience required. Relevant disciplines include: social work, early education or elementary education, nursing, family ecology, child psychology, public policy, etc. Experience must include working as a member or leader of a collaborative initiative on behalf of children and their families.
